Opami public API changelog

Every change to the public API (an endpoint, a schema, a limit or an error code that a custom app calls or implements) gets an entry here in the same change, newest first. scripts/public-api-gate.mjs refuses a change to spec/openapi/public-v1.yaml or app/v1/ without a new entry. A breaking change gets a new major version and is announced at least 90 days before the old version stops working.

Each entry is a ## <version> · <YYYY-MM-DD> heading followed by these lines:

• Changed: what changed.
• Breaking: yes or no.
• What to do: what a custom app must do, or "Nothing".
• Old version stops working: a date at least 90 days after the entry's date (breaking changes only).
